How to Read It
How it works. Betting all 25 tiles you always hold the winning square, so you take 88% of the pot pro-rata — which equals 88% of your own stake. The other 12% of your stake is the protocol's cut: a fixed ETH bleed = 12% × your stake, independent of pot or bet size. You also mine your share (stake ÷ pot) of the round's SLVR, and — 1-in-625 per round, random and memoryless — your share of 80% of the Payload pool(the other 20% rolls over to seed the next one).
The one ratio that matters. Since bleed and SLVR income both scale with your stake, bet size cancels out. Profit is decided by pot size vs SLVR price. Break-even pot ≈ (SLVR×realize + PayloadEV_perETH) ÷ (12% × ETH). Stay below the break-even pot line and you're green. realize is how much of your mined SLVR you keep: 100% if you lock it, 90% if you cash out after holding a day, 80% if you cash out the moment you win.
Read the Payload number honestly. The “with Payload” figure is an expected value — you collect nothing for hundreds of rounds, then a lump when it fires. On a pure cash basis, judge yourself by the “no Payload” line; the Payload is upside on top.
